Description:

The steam jacket and chamber are made of stainless steel. Hydraulic testing can be conduced up to 5 kg/cm². Chamber door is made of stainless steel and mounted on heavy compensating hinges. Steam generator is made of stainless steel with built-in immersion tube heater element and automatic low water cut-off device detected by electrode level sensors. The housing is made of stainless steel. Control panel includes power switch, pilot indicators, and a 60 minutes timer. The chamber is mounted on the sturdy stainless steel stand with adjustable footings for locking on uneven floor. The working pressure is automatically maintained at 1.2 kg/cm² and 121°C for sterilization of dressing, instruments, etc. The steam trap ventilation valve is for discharging the cold air and/or condensate in the chamber during sterilization to provide perfect sterilizing process.
