Japanese Type Plate

Description:

Outlets consist of a roughing-in & a finishing assembly Supplied with DISS and Diamond (Quick Connect System). Manufacturing according to all NFPA 99 and CGA standards. All outlets are 100% factory tested to be leak-free. All outlets are cleaned for oxygen service. The roughing-in assembly consists of a steel back plate with a non-removable positive pin keying arrangement for each specific gas service and a color-coded label affixed to the front of the plate-mounted to the back plate is a fully assembled brass secondary check valve. This secondary check valve prevents gas flow when the finishing assembly is removed for service. The secondary check valve includes 7" of 3/8" O.D. type K copper inlet tube with a label identifying the specific gas by name and color and a plastic dust cap. Tube can be rotated 360°for free installation. The finishing assembly consists of machined brass housing for the primary check valve, the check valve and a positive pin-keying device to prevent transposition of the gas services during installation. Trident medical gas outlets for compressed gases and vacuum can be integrated into a verity of rail system. The outlet meets CE, NFPA 99 and En793. All following examples are only brief view to the possibilities in fixing the base socket unit.

Hose Assembly

Description:

The hose assemblies are manufactured with medical grade conductive hose with CGA standard color-coding and the maximum working pressure is 200 psig @70°F. The fittings are crimped on each end with ferrules permanently. The retractable length for the retractor is around 110cm. The retractor wire is made of stainless steel cable. Customers can identify the end of fittings such as below DISS, female quick coupler, male quick connects. (OHMEDA / CHEMETRON / PB) Note: The quick couplers and connects available only for O2, Air, Vac, N2O. CO2 and Evac only have DISS fittings. When ordering, please specify the ceiling height for the installation site and the end of fittings.
