The red LED light shall flash when an alarm condition is created. If several alarm conditions occur simultaneously, the most recent alarm light will flash, while the other alarm lights remain lit. When an alarm condition is created, an audible alarm shall be actuated. The audible alarm silence feature shall have an adjustable repeat time from 5-50 minutes, in 5-minute increments and a rating of 80 dBA measured at three feet.

Zone Valve Box

Description:

In the case of emergency or maintenance, Shutoff Valve is used to stop the flow of medical gas or prevent vacuum in the medical gas distribution pipeline. Valve box must be installed to enclose the shutoff valves when the valves are located in the position accessible to unauthorized staffs according to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 99.

Trident Medical shutoff valves and valve boxes fulfill all applicable codes and standards, as follow: National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 99.

Specifications:

Shutoff Valves: The valve is a 3-PCS full-port and ball-type (double seal) valve with a cast Stainless steel body and chrome - plated brass ball. Its seal is Teflon and can endure temperature range : -20~232°C , pressure of 1000 pcs ( Vacuum service to 29? Hg ). The knob Coating vinyl requires only one quarter turn of the whole opening or closing. The valve is brazed, cleaned for oxygen service and pressure tested and capped. Valves with locking brackets are available for most pipe sizes.

Zone Valve Box: The Trident Medical Valve Box is available in the recessed model to accommodate from one to six Valves of various pipe sizes. Surface mounted valve boxes are available to accommodate one ~ two valves from 1/2 to2 inch sizes. Valves are available for oxygen, nitrous oxide, air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, vacuum and evacuation services. The valve box is made of steel plate with 42mm plaster flange on all four sides. A label is affixed to each valve and to each tube extension used for identifying gas category by name and color. f10 diameter line pressure monitoring gauge is supplied for installation downstream of the shutoff valve. The finish frame is constructed of extruded and anodized aluminum. Concealed mounting screws secure the finish frame to the valve box. The window is easily removed or replaced ( only when the valve is the open position ) without using tools.
